Security Federal Savings Bank has partnered with the Student Loan Finance Corporation to finance student loans for existing and incoming college students. This program allows your local bank to supply federally backed lending programs (such as Federal Stafford loans) to you at guaranteed student loan interest rates.
Now, you can attend the school of your choice and work toward that Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree without having to worry about not having enough money to complete your program.* With our new program, you can achieve your dream of higher education so you can get that promotion, land that new career, or enhance your existing knowledge for job satisfaction.  The program itself consists of a few simple steps. First, you must complete and submit the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and receive your SAR (Student Aid Report) indicating your financial need. Then, you must register with our partner, www.brainscratch.com. You can do this by coming to any of our branches and asking about our student loan program, or you can register online at Brainscratch.com. This link will take you to our partner's website, where you can apply for student loans online. All you have to do is select our bank as your lender. It is as simple as that. Fill out your FAFSA, go online, register with Brainscratch, and select Security Federal Savings Bank as your lender. You can get the funding you need for school with a simple click of your mouse!
