The Security Federal Check Card has proven to be one of the most popular services that we offer to our customers. The use of this card has grown significantly since we first started offering it in 1997.

Check cards are growing in popularity worldwide. You may use your Security Federal MasterCard Check Card at the local grocery store, pay at the pump gas station, or a favorite restaurant. Catalog orders, telephone orders, or even orders via the Internet may be placed using your MasterCard Check Card. Be sure to register your card with MasterCard SecureCode to protect your chargeback rights for Internet transactions.

To protect our cardholders from potential fraud, access to international transactions are blocked unless prior notification is given to us.

By using your card, you can get your order processed quicker than sending in a check. In addition, your statement will show to whom the charge was to. Just log the transaction in your check register as a withdrawal and check it off with your monthly statement. You can save time and money by using our Security Federal MasterCard Check Card.

Your MasterCard Check Card can be used at any ATM location bearing the MasterCard, Star, or Cirrus Logo as an ATM card. A transaction is classified as an ATM transaction any time your PIN number is entered.

The MasterCard Check Card is real time which means that you will see the transaction post to your account as soon as a transaction is completed.  If you withdraw money from the ATM, your balance will reflect your available balance at that time. 

Stop in at our Downtown Office, Mall Road Branch, Kokomo Branch, or Delphi Branch and fill out an application; or click on the link to the left and download your application now. You should receive your card in approximately 5 to 7 business days from the time your card is ordered. Your pin number will be mailed separately and will be in a plain white envelope as will your MasterCard Check Card.

If you have already gotten a card, but have not activated it yet, please do so and give it a try. It is simple to use. Once you try it and see how convenient it is to use, you may never write a check again. In order to activate your new MasterCard you can go to the ATM, call the bank at (574) 722-6261, use Security Express (574) 737-7205, or use eBanking. 

If you have lost your card or have given out the card information and later realize that you should not have, you do have more than one way to get your card blocked.  You can always call the bank at (574) 722-6261; however, if it is after business hours you can call Security Express at (574) 737-7205 or 1-800-889-2265, login to your eBanking, or call our PassPort company to block your card.
