Q: What is eStatement delivery?
A: eStatement delivery is the electronic PDF delivery
of your account statement that you can view, download,
save or print at your convenience.

What is a PDF?
A: Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) is a standard
file format for distributing electronic documents.
Adobe PDF files can be viewed, saved or printed
by using Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The basic
Adobe Acrobat Reader software is available for free
download directly from Adobe.
Q:
What types of accounts are available
for eStatement delivery?
A: Any checking and savings accounts may be enrolled
for eStatement delivery.

How much does eStatement delivery service
cost?
A: The eStatement delivery service is free of charge.
Q:
Will my eStatement look the same as
my regular printed statements?
A: Yes.
Q: Will my eStatement include
check images?
A: Yes, if you have any checks that have
cleared during your statement cycle.

How will I know when my eStatement is
available for viewing?
A: Each month we will send you an email notification
advising you that your current eStatement is available.

What Web browsers can I use to access
eStatements?
A: You may use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or
higher, Netscape Navigator/Communicator 6.0 or higher,
AOL version 6.0 or higher, or Mozilla Firefox 1.0
or higher.

Can I enroll more than one account?
A: Yes. All of your personal checking and savings
accounts can be enrolled during your initial enrollment
or at a later date.

How do I print my eStatement?
A: Once you've opened your eStatement, you can print it
using the printer icon on the toolbar of your Adobe
Acrobat Reader software.
Q:
How do I save my eStatement to my computer?
A: Once you've opened your eStatement, you can save
it using the small disk icon on the toolbar of your
Adobe Acrobat Reader software. Select a name that
will help you remember which statement the file
contains (e.g. CheckingMay2004.pdf).
Q: What is my File Cabinet?
A:Your personal File Cabinet is where you will be
able to view your eStatements and make changes to
your online profile.
Q: How long will my eStatements be
available?
A: We will store your account statements for six
(6) months starting from your enrollment date.
Q:
How can I update my password and email
address?
A: From your File Cabinet you can select Change
Password or Change Account Enrollment.
Q:
Are my eStatements secure?
A: Yes. Security Federal uses standard 128-bit SSL
encryption to safeguard your eStatements from intruders.
Q: Do I need eBanking to view
eStatements?
A: No. eStatements is separate from eBanking, however
we encourage you to use both services.
